What is the Client Referral Program & Prize Give-Away?

Novielli Bookkeeping & Tax Service (NBT) understands and appreciates the value of referrals and personal networks in the business accounting, finance and tax world. Word of mouth is very important to us as well as the sharing of your NBT experience with prospective clients and customers. For just that reason, we have put together a referral program and prize give-away to show our appreciation to our friends and clients in helping us to grow our business. We are asking our friends, clients, customers, and everyone else we know to tell others about NBT, their experience working with us and our services. If your referral ends up an NBT client during the tax season, your referral will count as one point toward the prize give-away plus a $10 check for each new client.

How does it work? ........(3 Referral Mininum Only)

It’s simple:

1. You read and acknowledge this NBT Referral Agreement.
2. You notify us of the referral prospect.
3. Have the referral prospect inform us of the referrer (you).
4. NBT prepares their income tax return
5. You get 1 point toward the prize give-away
6. You get a $10 check or credit toward your tax preparation fees....you choose.

As you can see, this is a no hassle, no gimmick process. We know you have more important things to do then talk taxes with your friends, and we aren't asking you too. We aren't asking you to do anything you don't normally do. When the topic of taxes comes up, just refer a friend to us.

Our referral program is just another way to show how much we value our clients.

Who can participate in the program?

Anyone can participate. However there are a couple restrictions on which prospects qualify; For example, self-referrals do not qualify.

When and how do I win?

Referral points and fees will only be paid to individuals that have their taxes prepared by us between 1/2/12 & 4/15/12. The referral fee is earned for referring new clients only. The new client must have their taxes prepared by us between 1/2/12 & 4/15/12. Referral fees will be mailed after 4/15/12. Referral fees are not earned if either the new client or existing client pays a discounted fee. Winners will be announced on April 17th, 2012. Referral fees will be paid one week after the close of the 4/15/12 tax season from a qualified referral client. A federal W-9 form must be completed and submitted to get paid and a 1099 will be issued for referral income exceeding $600.

What’s the catch?
There is no catch. The Refer-A-Friend Program & Prize Give-Away is Novielli’s Bookkeeping & Tax Services way of saying “Thanks” to our valued clients for their business and for telling their family and friends about our outstanding tax preparation services. All current AND first-time clients are eligible to win.
